Being a mortgage broker and real estate investor has allowed me to understand the Real estate and Mortgage markets from a unique perspective. In a span of 4 years I developed a portfolio of over 50 doors in which I am the sole owner of all buildings. Using my knowledge as a mortgage broker I was able to secure funding that allowed me to purchase and renovate these buildings and then more importantly post construction financing which allowed me to retain these buildings as investment properties in my portfolio.
